SHOPPING GUIDE

• Please note that product prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience, but the final amount charged at checkout may vary slightly due to real-time exchange rates and payment processing.

• You can switch between English and Japanese from the language bar located at the bottom left of the screen on desktop.
  On mobile devices, the language bar appears either at the very bottom of the page or at the bottom of the menu (tap the three-line navigation icon at the top left).

• If you have an account, we recommend logging in before placing your order.

How to order

*The explanation is by mobile view images, but on PC it is basically the same.

1. Add to Cart

Select the product you like and add it to the cart, or if you have nothing else to buy, click (Buy Now).
*If you select (Buy Now), you will be taken to the customer information input screen.

You can check the contents of your cart by clicking the bag icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Check the items, quantity, and subtotal in the card and click (Check Out).

(Please be assured that the total amount is not yet finalized at this point)

*If you wish to pay by express checkout at the bottom of the screen, you will be redirected to the login screen for each checkout if you select it.

2. Enter Customer Information

You will be taken to a screen where you can enter your customer information, such as shipping address and etc.

If you have an account and log in from the red arrow, your information will be automatically entered. 

If you enter the mark below the email entry field, we will notify you by email when we issue notices and discount coupons. (We do not do frequent email marketing or spams).

If you click next to order summary "discount code" at the top, details such as shipping fee will be displayed as shown below.

Here you can enter a discount code for a point discount. (You can also enter it on the payment method screen).

After entering the phone number at the bottom, click (Continue to shipping method)

*You can get the discount code from the POINT icon that is usually displayed at the bottom left of the screen, but the icon will not be displayed when you enter the order screen. Please return to the normal screen once to obtain the code and then resume the procedure.

3. Confirmation of Delivery Information

If you need to change your shipping address, etc., you can do so here.

Confirm the contents and click (Continue to Payment).

4. Choice of Payment Method

Payment methods can be selected from various credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and postal transfers. For credit card payment, please enter the required information.

A coupon code input box will appear shown with a blue arrow. This is the final coupon code entry field.

Finally, click "Pay Now" or "Complete Order".

5. Your order is complete!

The following screen will be displayed once your order is confirmed.

You will receive an order confirmation email from PADMA.

We will also notify you of the account information for bank transfer and postal transfer (only in Japan) by e-mail.

Notes:

• If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, there may be some kind of technical error, so please try to place the order again or contact us.
• If you are using a mobile email block, you may not receive an email from our store. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.
• Make sure to check you spam or junk folder as well for our email.
• We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but since stock is shared between our online store and our physical shop, there may be rare occasions when an item you ordered has just sold in-store and is no longer available.
  If this happens, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
  

Flow until product arrival:

In the case of credit card, we will ship within 3 days after the order is completed, and in the case of bank transfer or postal transfer, we will ship within 3 days after confirmation of payment.
