  • Asia: $20 USD
  • Australia: $23 USD
  • USA: $25 USD
  • France: $28 USD
  • Rest of the World: $33 USD


Shipping & Delivery Details

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.
We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the package has been shipped.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

 

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including unit or level numbers and valid contact information.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders with such addresses will not be processed.
  • Some countries may be unavailable for delivery due to shipping restrictions. If your country is affected, we will contact you to discuss options (refund / change of address / alternative shipping route).
  • We cannot ship to countries that restrict imports from Indonesia.


International Taxes & Duties

If you are ordering from outside Indonesia, you may be subject to import taxes or customs duties.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PADMA is required by law to declare the full value of the shipment and provide an invoice for customs purposes.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or packages refused due to local regulations (e.g., intimate items restricted in certain countries).

 

Order Cancellation & Delivery Failure

Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, it cannot be canceled.

If a shipment is undeliverable due to:

  • refusal to pay import tax,
  • incorrect address,
  • failed delivery attempts, or
  • other recipient-related issues,


the package may be abandoned, and PADMA cannot be held responsible for any loss or refund.
