All order will be processed by the international post office or DHL. Usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the area.

There are some countries that are unavailable for delivery due to shipping regulations.
If you are in one of them, our team will contact you shortly after reviewing the order to inform you of your options (refund / change of address / shipping via different route).
-All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Bali, Indonesia. We endeavor to pick, pack and ship your purchase within 48 hours of receiving payment. Upon delivery, we will send you the tracking number received from the post office.
-PADMA does not operate over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday & public holiday of Indonesia). As such, orders placed after our office operating hours will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Processing time may be extended during public & local holidays.
-To ensure you receive your goods safely and successfully please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly & completely. Please do not forget to specify levels or unit numbers and your contact information. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
-We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box as your address, your order will not be shipped.
-We are unable to provide delivery to countries that have postal restrictions on items delivered from Indonesia.
International Taxes & Duties :
Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Indonesia, you may be charged with customs duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the goods and the original shipping cost. PADMA takes no responsibility for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
PADMA is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments, as it must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We are not responsible for packages that are refused entry due to local
customs & laws. e.g: our intimate collection to certain Muslim countries.
Canceled Order :
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been handed over to the delivery service. If a shipment is undeliverable at the destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at the destination at the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
