How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please inspect your item upon delivery.
If you receive the wrong item, or if it is damaged or defective, kindly contact us as soon as possible at info@padmathelabel.com.
Be sure to include your order details and clear photo evidence of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and unwashed
  • with all original tags attached
  • in its original packaging
    Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept unapproved returns.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please send us the tracking number for your return.
  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or difference in appearance from the online image
  • Intimate items (for hygienic reasons), unless faulty
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


Orders Placed in Error

We do our best to process your order quickly.
If you’ve made a mistake while ordering, please notify us immediately.
If the parcel has not yet been handed to the delivery service, we will try to assist with cancellation or correction.
However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, and we are not responsible for customer input errors at that stage.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
